1. Scope of application

All legal transactions and bookings finalized through the booking page https://josefinayoga.com/schedule are regulated by the present general terms and conditions. The booking page is run and offered by Josefina Yoga (Josefina Eliggi), who reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. The GTC version accessible during the customer’s booking submission is applicable and binding.

2. Bookings and Payments
All classes must be prepaid. Not paying automatically leads to the cancellation of the booking. Bookings are made through the Momoyoga online software which can be accessed at https://josefinayoga.com/schedule/

The class offer is valid as long as it is accessible and bookable through the booking page.
Payments are only accepted in Swiss Francs (CHF) by credit or debit card or in cash.
Bookings (single classes and passes) are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Cancellations
A confirmed booking automatically leads to a binding contract between Josefina Yoga and the booking customer, regulated by the present GTC. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before their start. All bookings made within 12 hours prior to the class will be charged with no exception.
Running series of 6 classes can be interrupted due to illnesses, accidents or pregnancy. Please request an extension of the validity of your pass in writing to hola at josefinayoga dot com as soon as possible.

4. Products and prices
Josefina Yoga reserves the right to define and redefine prices without restrictions and at any time. The price(s) published on the booking page is resp. are applicable during the booking process. In cases of wrongly published prices Josefina Yoga reserves the right to inform the customer prior to the booked date and to define a price correction by mutual consent or to cancel the booking entirely.

5. Modification of Class Schedule
Modifications made by Josefina Yoga to the schedule can occur at any time. No reimbursement will be made based on occurring changes.

6. Trial Lesson for New Customers
New Josefina Yoga customers can benefit from the Trial Lesson offer. This offer is strictly valid for new coming customers. Returning customers or customers that have attended a free class may not purchase this option.

7. Non-acceptance of Participant
We reserve the right to reject participants, e.g., if the maximum number of participants according to the class capacity is exceeded. In such cases the classes fees are fully refunded or – by mutual agreement only – the participation will be rescheduled and no refund is paid.

8. Accident Insurance
Josefina Yoga accepts no liability for accidents that occur during classes, workshops or other offers.

9. Non-Compliance with the GTC
In case of a violation of the GTC Josefina Yoga reserves the right to refuse the registrants participation and/or take legal action.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is only collected and stored (by Josefina Yoga) if necessary to provide the services and events announced on the booking page. It is not used for any other purposes without the explicit permission of the customer. It is only handed over to third parties if necessary to finalize a booking or to execute an event. Third parties may be the payment handling banks or companies (such as PayPal) or external course directors. You will find detailed information in our Privacy Policy.

11. Health Disclaimer
We encourage you to consult your health care provider and seek medical advice from your doctor with any questions or concerns you may have about your health condition before starting with yoga or any other physical activity.
