Yoga beyond birth

If you are a mother, have little or no time for yourself and are struggling to find the middle ground between family, work and personal needs, but are willing to invest in yourself knowing that this will reflect positively on how you deal with your daily tasks, then this class is for you!
Spending any amount of time nurturing your body and mind through conscious movement before diving into the rest of your daily activities will pay off.

What can I expect from a yoga for mamas class?

My classes for mamas focus on strengthening the core – the pelvic floor, back and deep abdominal muscles, improving spine and pelvic alignment, opening the chest and relieving the shoulders and neck. I also provide tools for mothers to calm the nervous system and reduce stress, such as breathing techniques, Mudras (hand gestures) and meditation.

Why yoga for mamas?

As your child or children grow, their needs change – so do yours. You’re not the same person you were when you were pregnant or a new mom.

If you’re tired of trying to keep up with the fast pace of yoga classes that pay little or no attention to the needs of overworked moms, then you’re in the right place!
