Initial consultation includes:
- Review of the reason for the consultation and health history prior to the session through a form that you will receive through email, plus additional womb cleanse care guidelines.
- A virtual meeting of up to 90 minutes to discuss your personal consultation (possible in English, Spanish or German).
- An email after the session with a tailored steam plan with the recommended herbs, setup and steam schedule, and a PDF with instructions and a vaginal steaming safety guide.
- Follow-up during a cycle (28 days).
