These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules for participating in the Blooming Beyond Birth Virtual Summit (“Summit”), hosted by Josefina Eliggi (“Josefina Yoga”), taking place May 4–7, 2026.

By registering for or participating in the Summit, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.

The Blooming Beyond Birth Virtual Summit (“Summit”) is an online event designed for first-time, mothers-to-be, and newly-postpartum moms interested in wellness and mindful living.

Dates: May 4–7, 2026
Platform:

  • Pre-recorded sessions and course materials will be hosted on Josefina Yoga’s website using the LearnDash plugin, with videos embedded from Vimeo.
  • Live sessions, workshops, and Q&A will be hosted via Zoom.
  • Access links and instructions will be provided to registered participants before the Summit.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to access both LearnDash content and Zoom sessions.

Important: During the live Summit (May 4–7, 2026), attendance is free. Pre-recorded sessions will be available for 24 hours after they are published. Ongoing access to recordings, bonus content, and additional virtual events such as yoga classes will require the Blooming Beyond Birth All-Access Pass.

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • By registering, you confirm all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

3.1 Registration

Registration is required to attend the Summit. Certain sessions, bonuses, or replays may only be available to paid participants (Blooming Beyond Birth All-Access Pass).

3.2 Payments

  • All payments are processed through Stripe.
  • Prices are displayed in CHF.
  • You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges.

3.3 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available.
  • No refunds will be given due to technical issues on the attendee’s side, including poor internet connectivity, device problems, or inability to attend live.
  • If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

We aim to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

By attending, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants, speakers, and staff with respect.
  • Refrain from harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior.
  • Avoid sharing offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.
  • Not spam the chat or disrupt sessions.
  • Follow the instructions of moderators and the host.

Any violation may result in removal from the Summit without refund.

5.1 Organizer Content

All content provided during the Summit—including videos, audio, worksheets, slides, and written materials—is the property of Josefina Yoga or the individual speakers.

You may not:

  • Record or download sessions (unless permission is given).
  • Share, resell, or distribute any Summit materials.
  • Use the content for commercial purposes.

5.2 Speaker Content

Each speaker retains full ownership of their material. They grant Josefina Yoga permission to broadcast and record their session for Summit purposes.

5.3 Attendee Contributions

By participating in chats, Q&A, or discussions during the Summit, you grant Josefina Yoga the right to use your comments or questions as part of the event recordings.

We follow Swiss data protection laws.

6.1 Personal Information

By registering, you consent to the collection of your:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Registration details

Your information is used to:

  • Provide Summit access
  • Send event updates
  • Offer optional marketing emails (with the option to unsubscribe)

6.2 Photos, Media & Recordings

Sessions may be recorded.
If your camera is on, your image may appear in the recording.
By attending, you agree your image or comments may appear in recordings or promotional materials.

If you prefer not to appear:

  • Turn off your camera
  • Use an alias
  • Contact us before the event

6.3 Third-Party Tools

The Summit may use third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • MailerLite – for registration
  • Vimeo – for hosting and streaming pre-recorded videos.
  • Zoom – for live sessions and workshops.
  • LearnDash – to deliver Summit content on the website.
  • Stripe and Thrivecart – for payment processing.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) – for tracking registration, conversions, and event engagement.

Each platform has its own privacy policies and terms of use, which participants are also subject to. By registering for the Summit, you consent to the use of these third-party tools, including tracking technologies like Meta Pixel.

6.4 Speaker Access to Attendee Information

Attendees’ email addresses and personal information will not be shared with Summit speakers. Speakers will only receive personal data from attendees who voluntarily choose to sign up for a speaker’s resources, mailing list, or offers through a separate and explicit opt-in. Josefina Yoga does not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute attendee email addresses to third parties.

The Summit may include movement, mindfulness, or yoga-inspired sessions. These do not replace medical advice.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for your own health and safety, as well as that of your baby/children.
  • You have consulted with your medical provider if pregnant, postpartum, or managing any condition.
  • Josefina Yoga and Summit speakers are not liable for injuries or complications arising from participation.

Stop immediately if you experience discomfort or pain.

Josefina Yoga may modify the Summit schedule, speakers, platform, or sessions if necessary.

Changes may include:

  • Speaker cancellations
  • Adjusted session times
    Platform changes

Participants will be notified of significant changes by email.

The organizer is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues
  • Delays
  • Platform outages
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law:

  • Josefina Yoga is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from participation in the Summit.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts in the Canton of Appenzell AR.

The views, opinions, and statements expressed by Summit speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Josefina Yoga or the Summit host. Each speaker is responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content. Josefina Yoga is not liable for any statements, advice, or opinions shared by speakers during their sessions, workshops, or materials.
