Vaginal steaming, also known as yoni steaming or perineal steaming, is a type of gynaecological phytotherapy that has been performed for centuries in many parts of the world and has become popular in the last decade due to its many benefits for women and their reproductive systems. • A virtual meeting of up to 90 minutes to discuss your personal consultation (possible in English, Spanish or German).
• An email after the session with a tailored steam plan with the recommended herbs, setup and steam schedule, and a PDF with instructions and a vaginal steaming safety guide.
• Follow-up during a cycle (28 days).
