Hi, I’m Josefina Eliggi. I’m a certified pre- and postnatal yoga teacher, a mother, and a guide for other (future) moms who want to prepare for postpartum with intention rather than fear.

After navigating my own challenging birthing experience, yoga became a lifeline that helped me heal and reconnect with myself.
