Put It Into Action

I know we all agree that the mission behind Blooming Beyond Birth is such an important one — helping you prepare for postpartum in a truly holistic way so you can move into early motherhood with more clarity, confidence, and support.

But unless you have a gentle plan to put what you learn into action, nothing will really change.

I’ve been guilty of attending workshops, signing up for courses, taking notes, feeling inspired, and then… nothing. And I really don’t want that for you.

So let’s touch on the simple process I recommend to help you get the most out of everything waiting for you inside the All-Access Pass.

Start with a list

First, make a list of the areas of your postpartum preparation and early motherhood support you want to strengthen, based on the presentations you plan to watch and the bonuses you’d love to use.

For example, if you watch the presentation on postpartum nutrition and that’s something you want to feel more prepared around, write it down.

Now you have a beautiful starting point.

Prioritize it

Next, take the items on your list and put them in order of what feels most important to you, what would bring the biggest sense of ease, or what you feel most drawn to right now.

Some people would say to always start with what will make the biggest impact, but I personally like to begin where my motivation and energy naturally are, so I’ll leave that up to you.

Break it down

Now, based on the presentation content and the notes you take, break each item on your list into small, supportive action steps.

Using our postpartum nutrition example, your tasks could look something like:

– Make a list of warm, nourishing, easy-to-digest meals
– Gather simple recipes your partner, family, or support person can prepare
– Create a pantry and freezer prep list
– Add ingredients to your next grocery shop

Each action step should feel small enough to complete easily and simple enough that it doesn’t need to be broken down any further.

Add gentle due dates

And most importantly, give yourself gentle due dates for each task.

Be realistic, based on your current season of life, your energy, and everything else already on your plate.

If you’re anything like me, it can be tempting to try to do everything at once, but the goal here is not to create more overwhelm.

Even if you only check off one main item from your list each week (with a couple of small tasks throughout the week), you’re still making beautiful progress toward a more supported postpartum experience and a calmer transition into motherhood.

And that truly adds up.

Get to work!

I really hope this process supports you the way it has supported me in other areas of my life.

It’s simple, but there’s something so powerful about turning big ideas into small, manageable steps with real timelines attached to them.

That’s how things move from the “I should do this someday” list into something that genuinely supports you after birth.

Now go dive into those beautiful presentations and resources — and let them help you create the postpartum support you truly deserve. 🧡
