Join me for a live prenatal yoga class suitable for all levels.
Yoga is an excellent way to find the balance you need to cope with the physical and emotional changes that arise during pregnancy.
Build strength and flexibility, reduce anxiety, relieve common discomforts, and connect with your baby in the womb through adapted physical postures (asanas), specific breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques.

🧡 14:00 (CEST) Yoga Nidra Session with Alexandra Chaffanjon (only AAP, replay available)
This live yoga nidra class with Alex will provide an opportunity for deep and restorative rest during a 25-minute practice (45-60 minutes total for the class) that is suitable for pregnancy and postpartum.
Yoga nidra means the “sleep of yoga” or “yogic sleep” in Sanskrit. This guided meditation brings the practitioner from the waking state into the liminal space between waking and sleeping and then returning gently to the waking state. It allows a deep level of replenishment that can be very supportive to parents and parents-to-be in recovering from sleep disruptions.

During this 60-minute live co-working session we’ll complete a Postpartum Plan in a mindful way. We’ll provide you with an editable PDF that covers all the different aspects of your life that will be affected by the birth of your baby, as a way to encourage you to reflect on these changes and find solutions in advance.
